The Moors and Christians Festival of El Campello brings to life the 16th-century battles between Christians and Berber pirates with dazzling parades, fireworks, costumes, music, and live reenactments by the sea.

⚔️ The Landing (Desembarco)

Date: Sunday, October 12 – 7:00 a.m.
Location: Carrer la Mar Beach
Witness an epic seaside reenactment as the Moorish fleet arrives and Christian forces defend the coast.
Followed by fireworks, music, and the spectacular Moors and Christians Parade that evening.

🏰 Medieval Market

Dates: October 8–12
Location: Plaza de la Constitución & nearby streets
A lively open-air market with medieval crafts, local food, live music, and performances.

💃 Parades & Music

“Les Danses”, Retreta Festera, and Alardo (gunpowder battle) fill the town with rhythm and color.
